Real Estate Deal Analysis template
Whether you're just starting out on your Real Estate Investing journey or are a seasoned investor, this Deal Analysis template will help you evaluate if a property is a good deal or not, and if it's worth investing into. In this tool, you'll find all the metrics needed to assess a deal, which are calculated automatically for you such as Cash on Cash Return, Cap Rate, 1% rule, ROI, Price to Rent Ratio, NOI, Cashflow etc. My favorite feature of this Deal Analysis template is the Future projections tab, where you'll be able to estimate how much wealth the property will generate for you over the years and help you determine a strategy for if you want to buy and how long you want to hold on to the property for. There's also an "Instruction" tab that I'd encourage you read through to understand how to use the tool before diving in.
